We only collect personal data in cases where this would be relevant for us, and we will only collect personal data if it is relevant for your activity at Deecido ApS.
When collecting, processing, and using your personal data, we always comply with all relevant legal provisions.
We will only store your personal data for as long as we are either under a legal obligation to do so, or as long as it is relevant to the purpose for which it was collected.
Information we collect
Deecido ApS collects and processes your personal data when you do the following:
The data controller
The data controller for the collection, processing and use of your personal data on www.deecido.com and app.deecido.com is Deecido ApS, Nygade 7, 2. th., 1164 København K, CVR no. 41635878
Processing basis and purpose
We collect your general contact information such as name and phone number in order to deliver the product or service that you have signed up for. We collect your e-mail address and phone number, in order to send you status updates and to validate your identity.
If you have given us your consent to this during the registration process or on our website, we will also use your e-mail address to send out a newsletter. You can subscribe to and unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. All newsletters also contain a link to unsubscribe. If processing of personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to revoke consent at any time.
If we have received your general contact information from a user on Deecido without your consent, such as name, job title, e-mail and phone number, in order to send an invitation to give a recruitment partner a rating, we will automatically delete all your personal information 90 days after the rating proces is completed and validated by Deecido. Rating invitations, including personal information that are not completed, will be automatically deleted after 90 days.
Your information (except your e-mail address, if you have consented to its processing for the purpose of receiving newsletters) will be deleted 5 years after, if you no longer actively use our product or the service you have signed up for.
Other recipients of personal data
We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not transfer your personal data to third countries.
We have our websites at www.hostinger.com and azure.microsoft.com in Europe, which acts as our data processors. All personal data that you provide on our websites will be stored in Hostinger.com or Microsoft Azure data centers.
We use external companies as suppliers to deliver our services in the best possible way. These external suppliers are data processors and in certain cases process personal data in connection with their provision of services to us. Our data processors only process personal data according to our instructions and in accordance with the legal requirements for data processors.
We have entered into data processing agreements with our data processors, which is our guarantee that they comply with applicable regulations on the protection of your personal data.

As the registered person, you have a number of rights, which we must ensure fulfillment of at all times. You have the right to request the following from us:
