67.6% of HR & TA Leaders Predict Growth

67,6% believes that there will be more hires

At Deecidos’ latest HR Trends event, we conducted a survey among the 55 HR and TA leaders and specialists attending to take the pulse of the market.

One of the questions was about their expectations for the next six months and whether they believe their organizations will hire more or fewer people.

There is no definitive answer, but the trend shows that 67.6% believe they will need to hire more, which is a good sign of perceived growth.
